1Who We Are

IM Checklist AI ("we", "us") is a membership service run by Kevin Fahey and operated by Kevin Brendan Fahey Unipessoal LDA, a company established in Portugal. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use imchecklist.org, join the membership or use the members area.

By joining, logging in or downloading any checklist, you agree to these terms, our Privacy & Cookies policy, our Refund Policy and our Earnings Disclaimer.

2What the Membership Includes

Your membership gives you access, through the members area at https://imchecklist.org/members/, to the IM Checklist AI library: step-by-step marketing checklists organised into volumes, in three formats:

• Printable PDF to print and work through on paper.
• Editable Word documents you can change, rebrand and resell.
• Interactive checklists that run in your browser with tick boxes and a progress bar.

We add new volumes and update existing ones over time, and they are included while your membership is active. The exact contents of the library can change as we improve it.

3Trial, Price and Billing

• Your trial starts the moment your payment goes through and your login is emailed to you.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership renews automatically at $17.95 per month on the same day each month.
• Payments for new memberships are processed securely by Stripe through our checkout. Some older memberships were bought through WarriorPlus, JVZoo or PayPal and are billed by that platform. We never see or store your full card number.
• If you bought a single volume on its own (for example Volume 85 during its launch), that was a one-time payment with no renewals. You keep that volume and its private label rights.
• Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country is shown at checkout.
• If we ever change the monthly price, we will email you before the change affects your next payment, so you can decide whether to stay.

4Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. To cancel, open a support ticket or use Manage My Subscription in our customer portal. If you bought through WarriorPlus, JVZoo or PayPal you can also cancel there.

Cancelling stops all future payments. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the members area locks. Checklists you downloaded while you were a member stay yours to keep and use under the private label rights below.

5Money-Back Guarantee

Every new membership is covered by a 14-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If the checklists are not worth it to you, open a support ticket within 14 days of your first payment and we refund what you have paid. No form and no questions to answer. The full details are in our Refund Policy.

6Your Private Label Rights (PLR)

Every checklist comes with full private label rights. Once you download a checklist as a member, you may:

• Edit it, add graphics and rebrand it any way you like
• Put your own name on it and claim authorship
• Resell it and keep 100% of the money
• Give it away, for example as a lead magnet or bonus
• Turn it into courses, videos, webinars or presentations
• Use it as blog posts, emails or social content
• Add it to your own paid membership site
• Translate it into other languages
• Bundle it into your own products and offers
• Use it with clients and in coaching programmes

These rights apply to the checklists themselves. They do not include access to our members area: you may not share, sell or give away your login, and you may not resell access to IM Checklist AI as a service. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the private label rights for that membership end.

7Your Account

• Your login is for you (or your own business) only. Please keep your password private.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
• We may suspend or close an account that is shared publicly, used to scrape or mass-download the library for others, used for fraud, or used to attack the site.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to join.

8Acceptable Use of the Site

Please do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or the members area, copy the members area itself, use automated tools to download content in bulk, or use the site for anything unlawful. The private label rights in section 6 cover what you can do with the checklists you download.

9Ownership

We own the IM Checklist AI name, the website, the members area software and its design. The checklists are licensed to you with the private label rights described above. Anything that you create from a checklist, such as your rebranded version, is yours.

10Results and Advice

The checklists are educational. We work hard to keep them accurate and current, but marketing platforms and tools change, and we cannot promise any particular result. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or tax advice. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

11Service Availability

We aim to keep the members area available around the clock, but there may be short interruptions for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. If the members area is unavailable for an extended period during a month you have paid for, open a support ticket and we will put it right.

12Limit of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of the membership. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the membership develops. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change makes a real difference to your membership, we will tell you by email before it applies to you.

14Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If there is ever a problem, please contact us first: almost everything is solved quickly that way. If it is not, the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction, and if you are a consumer in the EU you can also use the courts of your own country.
